Welcome to the WebCal service!

This Agreement is a contract between WebCal and you regarding your use of the WebCal service.To use the WebCal service, you must thoroughly read and understand this Agreement. Restrictions, disclaimers, or other provisions affecting your material rights (such as penalties for breach of contract and jurisdiction over disputes) may be highlighted in bold, underlined, or other formats to draw your attention.

Please do not use the WebCal service unless you have fully read, understood, and agreed to accept and comply with this Agreement.By confirming via the website or otherwise expressly or implicitly indicating your acceptance of this Agreement, or by using the WebCal service in any manner, you are deemed to have read and agreed to be bound by this Agreement, and this Agreement shall become legally binding between you and WebCal.

When using the WebCal service, you must comply with this Agreement and its service rules. The service rules are subject to the content displayed on the WebCal official website or other relevant pages. You should familiarize yourself with the service rules in advance and operate in accordance with them to ensure smooth use of the service.

Rule 1: General Principles

1.1 The WebCal service refers to various products and services provided by WebCal, such as cloud servers and cloud data storage (subject to the actual offerings provided by WebCal). You may choose to use one or more specific services based on your needs and must comply with their respective service rules.

1.2 Terms of service, rules, instructions, standards, and other content related to specific services—including service details, service levels, technical specifications, operational documentation, and billing standards (collectively referred to as “Service Rules”)—shall be governed by the content displayed on the WebCal official website or other relevant pages.

1.3 WebCal is a neutral technology service provider that provides you with various technical products and services in accordance with the agreement; you are solely responsible for the operation of your website, applications, software, platforms, and any other products, services, and related content.

1.4 Both parties warrant that they have obtained the necessary business licenses or government approvals in accordance with relevant national regulations and are authorized to operate their products and services in accordance with the law. Both parties further warrant that they will continue to maintain the business licenses or approvals required by relevant national regulations throughout the term of this Agreement.

Section 2: Accounts

2.1 You must possess the necessary and appropriate legal capacity and legal competence in accordance with the law to complete registration and obtain a WebCal service account (hereinafter referred to as the “Account”) as required by WebCal.

2.2 To protect the security and independence of your account and avoid adverse consequences such as unclear account ownership, you must use a WeChat ID, mobile phone number, or other credentials for which you hold legitimate rights to register or log in. Failure to do so may result in your inability to log in and use the WebCal service normally.

2.3 You shall complete and submit true, lawful, and valid information (collectively referred to as “Customer Information”) in accordance with the WebCal service process, including but not limited to name, contact person, email address, phone number, mailing address, business registration documents, etc.;If there are any changes to your Customer Information, you must promptly notify WebCal in writing or update the information yourself in accordance with WebCal rules.

2.4 This Agreement applies to all accounts under your name as well as any sub-accounts under the primary account.Your account will serve as the basis for identifying you when using the WebCal service. You must take necessary and effective measures to keep your username, password, and other information confidential and secure (including, but not limited to, safeguarding access permissions, setting strong passwords, and changing them regularly); otherwise, you will be solely responsible for any resulting consequences.Furthermore, you are responsible for all actions taken under your account; all operations performed under any account are deemed to have been carried out by you, and you shall bear all legal consequences.

2.5 If you discover that someone has misappropriated your account and password, or any other situation where you have not provided lawful authorization, you must immediately notify WebCal through valid means and provide the necessary information (such as customer information, a statement of the situation, supporting evidence, and your request, etc., to enable WebCal to verify your identity and the incident).Upon receiving your valid notification and verifying your identity, WebCal will handle the matter in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and service rules. You shall bear any related liabilities and consequences arising from WebCal’s handling of the matter pursuant to this section.

If the information you provide is incomplete or inaccurate, preventing WebCal from verifying your identity or determining your needs, and resulting in WebCal being unable to process your request in a timely manner, you shall bear any resulting losses yourself.Furthermore, you understand that WebCal requires a reasonable period of time to process your request. WebCal assumes no liability for any losses incurred prior to WebCal taking action, nor for any losses arising after such action is taken due to causes not attributable to WebCal.

Section 3: Services

3.1 Service Activation

3.1.1 You may select and purchase the services you need online via the WebCal official website according to your own needs. Before purchasing, you must carefully read the service terms corresponding to the services you intend to purchase and decide whether to purchase or use them based on your own needs. The parties may also enter into separate agreements or other arrangements as required by the actual needs of their cooperation.

Section 3.1.2: Activating the WebCal service may require both parties to sign a separate service agreement. This separate service agreement may be provided in electronic form or as a standalone paper document. You may decide whether to accept the service agreement and activate the service based on your own circumstances.

3.1.3 You must complete payment promptly after submitting your order. Some services may be subject to time limits, inventory constraints, or quantity restrictions. If, after submitting your order, you fail to pay in a timely manner, or if insufficient funds are available or the quantity limit is reached during the payment process, you may be unable to use the relevant services.

3.1.4 WebCal may, for various reasons such as marketing campaigns or product promotions, offer “limited-time free trials,” “limited-time discounts,” “limited-quantity discounts,”“top-up promotions,” and complimentary services (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Promotional Offers”) during specific periods due to marketing campaigns, product promotions, or other reasons. You understand and agree that these Promotional Offers may be temporary, phased, or subject to quantity limits, and may only apply to customers who meet specific conditions; you must purchase and use the corresponding services in accordance with the applicable rules.Unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing, promotional offers cannot be combined.

3.2 Service Fees

3.2.1 Billing methods for WebCal services may include prepaid and postpaid options. To ensure timely activation or continued provision of services, you must comply with this Agreement and the service rules applicable to the services you use, and pay fees promptly.For certain WebCal services (such as cloud servers and cloud storage), once activated, charges will continue to accrue even if you do not add new service items or resources or perform any new operations, as these services continuously consume resources. You must promptly renew or deactivate such services.

3.2.2 Promotional offers are subject to specific conditions, such as discounts for products with specific configurations or offers that require you to use a product for a specific duration or in a specific quantity on a one-time basis (e.g., monthly subscription discounts).If you ultimately fail to meet the specific conditions, you will not be eligible for the corresponding benefits (including, but not limited to, discounts and gift vouchers), and both parties must settle the fees based on the original list price of the relevant service as listed on the official website at the time of purchase.

3.2.3 You can pay or top up your account online to renew your subscription.Alternatively, upon mutual agreement, you may pay WebCal via bank transfer (to ensure service continuity, if you choose to pay offline, please allow sufficient time for WebCal to verify receipt of the payment and complete the top-up of your account).

3.2.4 For services billed on a calendar-month basis, after WebCal provides you with the previous month’s billing statement, you must review and confirm it or raise an objection within 5 business days. If WebCal does not receive your confirmation or objection within 5 business days, it will be deemed that you have no objections;If you have any objections, the parties shall resolve them through amicable consultation; if no agreement is reached, the data in the WebCal system shall prevail.

3.2.5 In the event of sales discounts, returns, or other circumstances under this Agreement that require the issuance of a credit invoice or re-invoicing in accordance with national regulations,WebCal must issue a credit invoice or reissue an invoice to you in accordance with national tax regulations, and you must, in accordance with national tax regulations, return the invoice previously issued by WebCal or submit valid proof to the tax authorities demonstrating the need for WebCal to issue a special credit invoice.

3.3 Service Support

3.3.1 WebCal provides after-sales support to help you resolve any issues you encounter while using the WebCal service.

3.3.2 WebCal will implement basic security measures for its systems, devices, and other infrastructure in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. If your security requirements exceed the standards of the aforementioned basic security measures, you have the right to purchase higher-level security services or to configure other security software or systems as needed.

3.3.3 You are responsible for implementing necessary and effective security measures to protect the computer systems, devices, and other equipment you use. You shall bear sole responsibility for any loss of rights or interests resulting from your failure to implement such measures.

3.3.4 WebCal provides availability guarantees within the terms of the service agreement.If your availability requirements exceed those specified in the service terms, you must proactively configure your own system for high availability; WebCal can provide the necessary assistance. If you require WebCal to collaborate on the design, this will be subject to separate negotiation and confirmation between both parties.

3.4 Service Suspension or Termination

3.4.1 In order to provide you with better service, WebCal reserves the right to periodically or from time to time inspect, maintain, upgrade, and optimize the service platform or related equipment,systems, software, and other components (collectively referred to as “routine maintenance”). If routine maintenance results in the interruption or suspension of WebCal services within a reasonable timeframe, WebCal shall not be liable to you for such interruptions or suspensions.However, WebCal shall notify you of routine maintenance at least 24 hours in advance. In the event of non-routine maintenance caused by force majeure, negligence on the part of the underlying service provider, or other similar reasons, WebCal shall notify you promptly.

3.4.2 To ensure the security and stability of the service, WebCal may undergo major adjustments such as data center migration or hardware replacement. Such circumstances may result in the WebCal service being interrupted or suspended for a reasonable period of time,WebCal shall not be liable to you for this; however, WebCal shall notify you 3 days in advance, and you shall cooperate accordingly. If you fail to cooperate with the adjustments, or if WebCal is unable to contact you, you shall bear sole responsibility for any resulting consequences.

3.4.3 If the specific service you purchased includes storage functionality, after the service expires or is terminated, WebCal will retain any information, such as data, that you have stored in that service for the corresponding period in accordance with the service terms.You are responsible for any fees incurred during the retention period (if applicable) and must settle such fees on time and complete the migration of all data. Upon expiration of the retention period, your aforementioned information will be deleted.

3.4.4 WebCal reserves the right to adjust or terminate some or all services at any time based on its operational arrangements (including, but not limited to, taking services offline, iterating on them, or consolidating them).However, WebCal shall notify you at least 3 days in advance to allow you to transfer and back up relevant data and make business adjustments, thereby protecting your legitimate rights and interests.

3.5 Due to the nature of web-based services—including their timeliness, complexity, and efficiency—as well as regulatory requirements and policy changes, you agree that WebCal may, from time to time, amend this Agreement and the relevant service rules of WebCal, and may announce such amendments through one or more of the following methods: website announcements,email notifications, text messages, system messages, or in-site messages; if you continue to use WebCal services after such adjustments, it indicates that you have fully read, understood, and accepted the modified terms, and will comply with them.

3.6 If you choose to use services outside of Mainland China, you must ensure that you comply with the laws, regulations, and policies of Mainland China. Additionally, you must ensure that your qualifications, capabilities, and usage practices comply with local laws, regulations, and policies.

Article 4: Customer Rights and Obligations

4.1 You have the right to use the WebCal service in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and to receive technical support and after-sales service from WebCal.

4.2 When using the services on the WebCal platform, you must comply with relevant laws, regulations, and service rules, and ensure that you possess the business qualifications and capabilities required by law. You must not engage in any of the following acts, nor facilitate any acts that violate laws or regulations; otherwise, WebCal reserves the right to suspend your account and hold you liable for any legal damages caused to WebCal:

4.2.1 Those that contravene the fundamental principles established by the Constitution. 4.2.2 Endangering national security, disclosing state secrets, subverting state power, or undermining national unity. 4.2.3 Acts that harm the nation’s honor and interests. 4.2.4 Inciting ethnic hatred or discrimination, or undermining ethnic unity. 4.2.5 Those who undermine national religious policies or promote cults and feudal superstitions. 4.2.6 Spreading rumors, disrupting social order, and undermining social stability. 4.2.7 Distributing obscene, pornographic, gambling-related, violent, murder-related, terrorist, or criminal-inciting content. 4.2.8 Insulting or defaming others, or infringing upon the lawful rights and interests of others. 4.2.9 Engaging in any conduct that violates the “Seven Bottom Lines.” 4.2.10 Contains other content prohibited by laws or administrative regulations.

4.3 When using services on the WebCal platform, you must uphold Internet order and security; you must not infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of any entity; and you must not engage in, or facilitate, any of the following acts, including but not limited to:

4.3.1 Engaging in fraudulent, false, or misleading conduct, or engaging in any conduct that infringes upon the intellectual property rights or other lawful rights and interests of others, such as “private servers” or “cheat programs.” 4.3.2 Publishing or disseminating spam (SPAM) or information that violates laws and regulations, including content that endangers national order and security, promotes feudal superstition, or contains obscene, pornographic, or vulgar material. 4.3.3 Violating the operating regulations of networks, devices, or services connected to the WebCal network; or engaging in illegal or unauthorized access, misuse, interference, or monitoring. 4.3.4 Engaging in any acts that compromise or attempt to compromise network security, including but not limited to using viruses, Trojan horses, malicious code, or phishing to maliciously scan websites or servers, illegally intrude into systems, or illegally obtain data. 4.3.5 Implementing any changes or attempting to alter the system configuration provided by the WebCal service, or engaging in any conduct that compromises system security; using technical or other means to disrupt or interfere with the operation of the WebCal service or others’ use of the WebCal service;Interfering or attempting to interfere in any way with the normal operation of any WebCal product or any part or feature thereof, or creating, publishing, or disseminating the aforementioned tools, methods, etc. 4.3.6 Engaging in any business activities, including but not limited to “DNS resolution,”“security services,” “domain name proxy,” “reverse proxy,” and other related activities, resulting in you frequently being subjected to attacks (including but not limited to DDoS attacks) and failing to promptly rectify such behavior, or failing to eliminate the impact as required by WebCal, thereby affecting the WebCal service platform or others. 4.3.7 Engaging in other acts that disrupt Internet order and security.

4.4 You shall pay fees in a timely and full manner in accordance with the Service Rules. If you fail to pay fees in a timely and full manner, WebCal reserves the right to refuse to activate the service or to suspend or terminate the service without prior notice, and may also take one or more of the following measures:

4.4.1 In addition to paying the fees due in accordance with the Agreement, you shall pay WebCal a penalty of 1‰ of the outstanding amount for each day of delay, until all fees have been paid in full. 4.4.2 If your payment is more than 15 days overdue, WebCal reserves the right to take measures at any time without prior notice to you, including but not limited to early unilateral termination of the agreement. 4.4.3 If you are past due on a payment but are using a prepaid service or have an unused cash balance in your account, WebCal reserves the right, without further notice to you, to apply the prepaid fees and cash balance directly toward the outstanding balance and late fees. 4.4.4 Delete some or all of the information and data you have stored or generated through your use of the WebCal service.**

Article 5 WebCal Rights and Obligations

5.1 WebCal shall provide you with WebCal services and after-sales support in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

5.2 WebCal provides operational and maintenance support only for the WebCal service itself. You are responsible for ensuring the security and stability of your own network and devices. If any of the following situations occur, you must resolve them promptly to prevent any impact on the WebCal service:

5.2.1 Issues with your internal network, including but not limited to overload. 5.2.2 Malfunction of your own equipment or third-party equipment you are using. 5.2.3 You disconnect the equipment yourself or cause a network interruption through other means. 5.2.4 Any other failures or network interruptions caused by reasons attributable to you.

5.3 If WebCal independently discovers, or based on information from relevant authorities, complaints from rights holders, or other sources, that you may be in violation of applicable laws and regulations or this Agreement, WebCal reserves the right to exercise its independent judgment based on the reasonable understanding of a person of ordinary intelligence and to unilaterally take one or more of the following measures at any time:

5.3.1 You are required to immediately delete or modify the relevant content. 5.3.2 Restrict or suspend the provision of all or part of the WebCal services to you (including, but not limited to, directly taking certain services offline and reclaiming related resources, or imposing operational restrictions or account freezes on your account). 5.3.3 Termination of the WebCal service provided to you, and termination of the Agreement (including, but not limited to, the immediate suspension of all services provided to you and the reclaiming of related resources). 5.3.4 WebCal If service provision to you is terminated or the agreement is terminated in accordance with this agreement, any prepaid fees you have paid shall be retained by WebCal as a liquidated damage. 5.3.5 Other Liabilities for Which You May Be Legally Liable.**

Any measures taken by WebCal in accordance with this Agreement (including, but not limited to, suspension of services, deduction of fees, and termination of the Agreement) shall not be deemed a breach of contract by WebCal. You shall bear sole responsibility for any losses incurred as a result (including, but not limited to, business interruption and data deletion).You shall bear sole responsibility for any liabilities and consequences arising from your breach of this Agreement. If such breach causes losses to WebCal or any third party, you shall compensate them accordingly.

5.4 To reasonably protect the interests of all parties, including you, your users, and rights holders, WebCal reserves the right to establish specific procedures for handling infringement and complaints, which you must comply with.If WebCal receives a complaint or report against you from a third party, WebCal reserves the right to disclose your relevant information to the third party (such as your account details and all materials you submitted in response to the complaint or report, including counter-notices and supporting evidence) and require you to negotiate with the complainant(including, but not limited to, establishing a three-party email group comprising you, WebCal, and the complainant to facilitate direct communication and the exchange of evidence between you and the complainant; the same applies hereinafter),If you file a complaint or report against another WebCal customer, WebCal also reserves the right to disclose your relevant information (such as your account information, the notice you submitted regarding the complaint or report, and all related evidence) to the party being complained against,and may require you to negotiate with the party against whom the complaint or report is filed in order to promptly resolve the complaint or dispute and protect the legitimate rights and interests of all parties. You shall cooperate accordingly; otherwise, your continued use of WebCal services may be affected, and you shall bear sole responsibility for any losses incurred by you or any third party as a result.

Article 6: Customer Data

6.1 You warrant that any data you store, upload to the WebCal service, or process in any manner—including for analysis or distribution—using the WebCal service is data that you have lawfully collected, obtained, or generated, and that you do not and have not in any way infringed upon the lawful rights of any individual or entity.

6.2 You warrant that you have the right to use the WebCal service to store, upload, analyze, distribute, or otherwise process the aforementioned data, and that such processing activities comply with all applicable laws and regulations, do not constitute any illegal or infringing acts, do not violate any contractual agreements with third parties, and will not use the data for any illegal or non-compliant purposes.

6.3 You have the right to use the WebCal service to upload, analyze, delete, modify, and otherwise process data (subject to the specific terms of service for the service you are using). When deleting, modifying, or otherwise processing data, you must exercise caution and assume responsibility for any consequences resulting from such actions.

6.4 Except as necessary for your use of the WebCal service or as otherwise required by law, WebCal will not access or use your data without your consent.

6.5 To ensure the security of your data, you are responsible for backing up your data. WebCal may provide you with tools or product features to facilitate data backup (subject to the terms specified in the service agreement for the specific tool or feature; unless otherwise specified, WebCal assumes no such obligation), and you are responsible for performing the backup.

6.6 You shall bear full responsibility for all consequences and liabilities arising from any violation of laws or regulations related to the generation, collection, processing, or use of your data. Furthermore, WebCal reserves the right to terminate, in whole or in part, the provision of WebCal services to you at any time.You shall bear all losses, liabilities, and expenses incurred as a result.

Article 7: Export Control and Sanctions Legal Compliance

The parties agree to comply with all applicable economic and trade sanctions and export control laws and regulations, including all sanctions resolutions, laws, and regulations, as well as export control laws and regulations, enacted and enforced by the United Nations Security Council, China, the United States, and any other country (to the extent such documents apply to the party) (hereinafter referred to as “Applicable Export Control Laws”).You agree not to use the products or services provided by WebCal for any purposes prohibited by the Applicable Export Control Laws. Unless authorized by the relevant competent authorities,neither you nor any individual or entity authorized by you to use the products or services provided by WebCal shall, through the products or services provided by WebCal, supply controlled technology, software, or services to individuals or entities sanctioned or designated under the applicable export control laws, or cause WebCal to violate the applicable export control laws in any manner.

Article 8: Limitation of Liability

8.1 You understand and agree that while using the WebCal service, you may encounter the following situations that could cause service interruptions. Should any of the situations described below occur, WebCal will promptly cooperate with the relevant parties to resolve the issue; however, WebCal shall not be liable for any losses you may incur as a result.

8.1.1 Force majeure includes, but is not limited to, natural disasters, government actions, the enactment or amendment of laws and regulations, strikes (excluding internal labor-management disputes within either party), civil unrest, and other objective circumstances that are unforeseeable, unavoidable, and insurmountable. 8.1.2 Causes attributable to infrastructure providers, including but not limited to technical adjustments by telecommunications departments, damage to telecommunications or power lines by third parties, and installation, renovation, or maintenance of telecommunications networks or power resources by telecommunications or power utilities. 8.1.3 Cybersecurity incidents, such as damage caused by computer viruses, Trojan horses, or other malicious programs, or hacker attacks. 8.1.4 Your use of WebCal services through methods not authorized by WebCal, improper operation on your part, or malfunctions in your computer software, system, hardware, or communication lines. 8.1.5 Other circumstances not attributable to WebCal, or circumstances beyond WebCal’s control or that WebCal could not reasonably have foreseen.

8.2 Neither party shall be liable for breach of this Agreement if the delay in performance or breach by either party is caused by force majeure, actions of infrastructure providers, cybersecurity incidents, or other events beyond the reasonable control of the parties. However, the affected party shall notify the other party as promptly as possible.If the aforementioned events prevent the performance of this Agreement for 30 days or more, either party may terminate this Agreement by providing 15 days’ prior written notice to the other party. Neither party shall be liable for breach of contract if this Agreement is terminated pursuant to this provision.

8.3 You understand and agree that the services provided by WebCal are provided “as is” based on current technology and conditions. WebCal will use its best efforts to ensure the continuity and security of the services, but WebCal cannot guarantee that the services it provides will be free of defects,Therefore, even if the services provided by WebCal contain defects, if such defects are unavoidable given the current state of the industry’s technology, this shall not be deemed a breach of contract by WebCal, and WebCal shall not be held liable in any way; both parties shall cooperate amicably to resolve the issue.

8.4 Under no circumstances shall either party be liable to the other for any indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages or losses (such as loss of profits, loss of opportunity, expenses paid to third parties, loss of reputation, orgoodwill, or damage, etc.), whether based on contract, warranty, tort, or any other theory of liability, regardless of whether either party knew or should have known of the possibility of such loss or damage.

8.5 Under no circumstances shallWebCal’s total liability to you under this Agreement, the relevant orders, and the WebCal service (whether based on contract, tort, or any other theory of liability) shall not exceed the total fees you have paid to WebCal for the WebCal service that caused your loss;If the service period of the corresponding WebCal service that caused your loss exceeds 12 months, WebCal’s maximum liability shall not exceed the total fees you have paid to WebCal for the WebCal service that caused your loss during the 12 months prior to the occurrence of the damage (for the avoidance of doubt,“fees” as used herein refer to the cash you have actually paid based on the duration or volume of your actual use of the service, and do not include gift cards or prepaid amounts that have not been actually consumed). If this provision conflicts with or is inconsistent with other agreements between the parties or the WebCal service rules, the provisions of this clause shall prevail.

Article 9: Notices and Service of Process

9.1 You shall ensure and maintain the validity of customer information (including, but not limited to, contact information such as phone numbers and email addresses). If customer information is false, invalid, or otherwise fails to allow you to receive business notifications, service alerts, customer service, technical support, dispute resolution, or penalties for violations in a timely manner, you shall bear full responsibility for such consequences.

9.2 You shall send a notice to WebCal using the contact information for WebCal published on the official WebCal website, unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties.

9.3 WebCal may send you various types of information related to the WebCal service—including business notifications, service alerts, verification messages, and marketing communications—via one or more of the following methods: web announcements, system notifications, in-app messages, email, text messages, instant messaging tools,mail, or other means to send you various types of information related to the WebCal service, including but not limited to business notifications, service reminders, verification messages, and marketing information (such as updated service rules, service upgrades, data center closures, and advertisements). The aforementioned information shall be deemed delivered under the following circumstances:

9.3.1 If delivered by a designated person, the item is deemed to have been delivered upon the recipient’s signature. 9.3.2 Announcements published via web pages or other means take effect immediately upon publication (unless otherwise specified). 9.3.3 Communications sent electronically (including system notifications, in-app messages, emails, text messages, instant messaging tools, etc.) shall be deemed delivered upon successful transmission. 9.3.4 For deliveries made via prepaid courier or registered mail, the third calendar day after posting shall be deemed the date of delivery. If the delivery date falls on a statutory holiday, the first business day following the delivery date shall be deemed the date of delivery.

Article 10: Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

10.1 The formation, effectiveness, performance, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws and regulations of Mainland China (excluding conflict of laws provisions).

10.2 Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall first be resolved through consultation between the parties; if the parties are unable to resolve the dispute through consultation, either party may submit the dispute to the People’s Court with jurisdiction in the place where this Agreement was executed for adjudication. The provisions of this Agreement that are not in dispute shall continue to be performed.

Article 11: Miscellaneous

11.1 Unless otherwise specified, all references to “days” in the body of this Agreement and its attachments refer to calendar days, and the settlement currency is the Renminbi.

11.2 The Chinese version of this Agreement shall prevail in its drafting and interpretation. Unless otherwise agreed by the parties, no translation of this Agreement shall be used as a basis for interpreting this Agreement or determining the intent of the parties.

11.3 The Service Rules are an integral part of this Agreement and have the same legal effect as the body of this Agreement; you are required to comply with them.
