1. What personal information do we collect?

When you register for an account on WebCal, you must provide us with your username and mobile phone number and create a password.The mobile phone number you submit is used for registration, account binding, and receiving verification codes (such as for password recovery), and serves as the contact information you designate for receiving relevant service notifications (such as new product launches, event reminders, service changes, and other service-related notifications). After you complete registration, you can choose to further update your information in the console, including but not limited to: your real name, industry, region, website, detailed address, and email address. If you do not register, you may continue to browse the publicly available web pages or product descriptions on WebCal, but you will not be able to access further services provided by WebCal. (2) Authentication Information. In accordance with the provisions of the Cybersecurity Law of the People’s Republic of China, you must complete real-name authentication before purchasing and using WebCal products and services.During the real-name authentication process, you will be required to provide additional information, including but not limited to your full name, identification document details (ID card or passport information), facial recognition data, and bank card number, to verify your true identity. We may use services provided by a third party (Baidu) to verify this information.Facial information and bank card numbers are considered sensitive personal information. You may refuse to provide them; however, if you do so, you will be unable to complete the real-name authentication process. If you do not complete real-name authentication, it will not affect your ability to browse SpiderNet Supercomputing’s web pages or product descriptions, but you will be unable to purchase SpiderNet Supercomputing’s products and services.However, if you are from a country or region outside mainland China, you typically only need to provide your email address during registration. Unless you choose to register using a phone number, we will not collect your phone number or other related information. (3) ICP Filing Service Information. When you use specific business features of WebCal Supercomputing (such as the ICP Filing Service), in order to comply with relevant national regulations and fulfill the purpose of providing you with this product and service, in addition to the information types already included in your registration and real-name verification information, you must also provide us with information including, but not limited to, the name, ID card,mobile phone number, email address, domain certificate, and ICP filing photos**. If you do not provide the above information, you will be unable to use specific business features; however, this will not affect your use of basic products and services. (4) Log Information. To provide you with services and monitor the operational status of our cloud services, we collect information such as your ID, IP address, browser type, language used, hardware device information, operating system version, network provider information, and the date, time, and duration of your access to the services. (5) Customer Service Information. When you need to contact WebCal customer service, you must provide your UID, username, or other information that can verify your identity so that we can respond to your service request.You will also need to provide your last name and cell phone number so that we can promptly respond to your service requests. We may retain your chat logs and order information to provide you with the services you request. When you create a new message recipient, you need to provide the recipient’s name, email address, and cell phone number. (6) Operations and Support Information. WebCal Supercomputing may occasionally organize promotional activities for newly launched services and features. If you participate in such promotional activities, we may collect your contact information (e.g., mobile phone number), mailing address, and transaction account information through the promotional activity interface to ensure your successful participation. If you do not participate in these promotional activities, you are not required to provide the aforementioned information. (7) Payment Information. To facilitate payment of service fees, you may be required to provide payment information (such as WeChat Pay, USD, Alipay, or bank card details), a VAT number, and a tax identification number, depending on the payment method specified in your service agreement with WebCal.To complete the transaction, we may share your name and bank card number with a third-party bank to process the payment. (8) Invoice Recipient Information. To facilitate the mailing of invoices, we may need you to provide information such as the recipient’s name, phone number, region, address, and ZIP code. (9) Other Information. WebCal Supercomputing collects other personal information that you authorize us to collect or provide while using our services. (4) We have reasonable grounds to believe that compliance with laws, regulations, and other relevant provisions is required.
